Pupils from across the Trust got the chance to demonstrate their athletic skills during the first ever Omega Multi-Academy Trust interschool sports event.
Children met at Chapelford Community Primary School to take part in the athletics competition which included a variety of activities including long jump, javelin, long distance running and a sprint.
Pupils from Burtonwood Community Primary, Bradshaw Primary, Chapelford Community Primary and Park Road Community Primary took part in the event.
Everyone had great fun and gave the all pupils the chance to develop important skills such as teamwork and communication, while also providing an opportunity for them to showcase their talents and represent their schools with pride.
The Chapelford team took the Year 6 2024 Athletics trophy while Park Road children came runners up and were also awarded two extra medals for recognition of sportsperson-ship!
Medals were handed out to all the children who took part for demonstrating values that made all the teachers proud.
A huge well done to all the athletes for their hard work and dedication!
