Omega Multi- Academy Trust is delighted to announce that three of the Trust’s schools have continued to be rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, following recent inspections. Chapelford Village Primary School, Park Road Primary School and Westbrook Old Hall Primary School were inspected with Ofsted praising many aspects of the schools and the quality of education they offer to pupils.

Inspectors commended Westbrook Old Hall School on how their “Leaders have designed an interesting, challenging and ambitious curriculum” and “pupils benefit from a rich set of opportunities that go beyond the taught curriculum” adding that “Staying fit and healthy is a big part of the school day”.

Inspectors highlighted how children at Chapelford Village Primary School are “happy and confident in their environment. Through their warm encouragement, staff help children learn to listen attentively to stories and to develop their spoken language and vocabulary”.

Park Road Primary School received recognition for having “a deliberate focus on children’s speech and language development in the early years. This begins with a curriculum that is full of talk, songs, rhymes and stories. …. pupils develop the language that they need to articulate their ideas and their knowledge of important concepts”.

All three Ofsted reports highlight that pupils all enjoy attending school and teachers have a good understanding of pupils’ needs.
Christian Wilcocks, Chief Executive Officer at Omega Multi-Academy Trust said “Whilst I have only recently taken up the post within Omega Multi-Academy Trust, what has struck me on my visits to each of the schools is the warm and welcoming environment which the children who attend our schools' benefit from every day. I am proud to have joined a Trust where schools demonstrate our core values”.

These are well-deserved recognitions for three excellent schools and all those associated with them.

Chapelford Village Primary School, Westbrook Old Hall Primary School and Park Road Primary are also joined by Burtonwood Primary School within the Omega Multi-Academy Trust who also retained their Outstanding Ofsted status in February 2022.
