Purpose
The Vice Principal: Culture and Inclusion will provide strategic leadership for the school's inclusive culture, safeguarding and pastoral provision, ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, supported and able to succeed.
The postholder will be an exceptional, caring and committed senior leader and role model of excellence as a classroom practitioner, responsible for safeguarding and inclusion, leading a culture where high expectations, belonging, equity and excellence underpin all aspects of school life. They will drive improvements in attendance, behaviour and inclusion, with a particular focus on vulnerable learners, ensuring that barriers to participation and achievement are identified and addressed. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Vice Principal will contribute to the strategic direction of the school and play a vital role in securing exceptional outcomes for all pupils
