As a Teaching Assistant, you will have a passion for inspiring, supporting students to achieve excellence. Working as part of our team, you will have high standards and expectations and bring a positive ‘can do’ attitude to support a positive culture across the school; supporting and challenging our students in equal measure so they are equipped to achieve their full learning potential.
PURPOSE
To work with and supervise individuals and groups of children in either the SEND Base or mainstream lessons under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, enabling access to learning for all pupils and assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques. To provide specific intervention and support according to the individual needs of the pupil(s) both within and outside of the classroom.

Term time plus 1 week (5 inset days)
Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm
